We encountered SERA 50 shoving the DODX flat car down the Boardwalk in Santa Cruz this afternoon. They were on their way to Wrigley’s to cut out two tank cars from the string of seven tank cars they brought down from Davenport last week and deliver them to Watsonville Junction.



Next we stopped by Wrigley’s and spotted a father with his son watching SERA 50 cut two tank cars from the string of seven. A time honored tradition and another railfan is born.
