After speaking with some of the people working on the #8 last spring (it was under steam), it seems obvious to me that their grandiose plans are going to become nothing but fuel for a pissing match between them, the Commission, and the Grays. They seemed to think they have some inherent right to operate their own trips over the rebuilt section of track from Gold Hill to Carson City. Or am I reading them wrong?
