Impending move for BUGX 7632 at Mare Island

BUGX 7632, the ex-Cotton Belt GP40-2 that's been at Mare Island for some time, has been inspected by UP Mechanical and OK'ed for movement. It's currently waybilled back to its owner's main location in Turlock. Not sure when it'll actually move, however.
