May 4, 1970, Kent State, the Ohio National Guard shot at and killed unarmed civilians who were exercising their right to protest.

I was at Ft. Ord, CA serving my second of three years of servitude with Uncle Sugar's army. Knowing that the military was shooting civilians was nothing to be proud of.

The last thing I want to see is the military shooting civilians. This is not Syria.
