Willamette Valley RR gone?

Anyone know what is going on in Woodburn with the Willamette Valley RR? The line south of Woodburn is cut just about two miles south of town, blocking any trains from getting to Mt. Angel or Silverton. THere is heavy equipment near a trestle, so I am hoping they are repairing something then will replace the rail line. Quite a lot of trackage is gone at this point. Also, does anyone know how to contact WVRR? They are not even listed in the phone book in Woodburn, nor can I find an official site on teh Web for them.
