Steve -- so sorry to hear of your recent accident.
I hope you are get well very soon.

Too bad about the derailment. I hope things get
cleaned up soon. (Wonder what caused it....)

If the UP had decided to notch all tunnels on both
tracks, they might be able to still use Donner in
this case. (And in other similar cases.) And that
might give them a bit more operating flexibility, too.
