Wow.

Just wow.

Thanks for the legal link - never thought to think (or had reason to) that such existed.

You'd think if the cattle was so valuable (likely no where near as valuable as it has now become $$), you'd think the owners would pay more attention to their own fencing.

'Tis a damn shame that responsibility in American is rarely shared, rather it tends to fall on who has the most money and who's the largest company. I'll bet certain land owners and ranchers are thinking retirement, travel and spending sprees right now.
