Thanks for taking the time to repost these Drew. On the earlier thread, I believe that I may have mis-identified the first two photos as being at Lyons. They look more like Middle Camp, but can't say for certain account of the close cropping of the images.
One thing that I'd like to add is that Al Botfield came up in the cab to visit with Bill Scott when we got to Long Siding on Saturday morning. He was asked if he wanted to run, but he replied that he'd had enough of that over the years. IIRC, it was Al who moved the 7 under steam out to Lyons in 1966 or so when the plan was made by Fibreboard to try to do something with the railroad. Al worked just under Sam Matson in the mechanical dept. and the two of them are responsible for keeping that roster of geared locomotives operating for so many years.
