Midwest Washouts

BNSF Savanna DS just reported they lost the RR both mains between Savanna,IL and LaCrosse,WI due to washouts this AM. Only location he pin pointed was around Stoddard,WI where it was reported rails are hanging in midair and cars are in the river. BNSF also reported that the CP wasclosed between Hastings,MN and LaCrosse due to washouts.

The area from a line following Interstate 90 either side by 100 miles from South Dakota to Chicago has had 24hrs of rain continuing at this time with amounts exceeding 10 inches.
