I too would say this is the Grand Lux train. They took off all the letters on the cars saying American Orient Express.

Plus.... Tacoma Rail was switching Grand Lux Cars on Friday 8/17 into CEECO at 4:15 pm, blocking Hwy 509 and creating a backup of about a mile both ways.

They pulled some cars out of CEECO but left quite a few there, including a full length dome, and a car called Seattle plus the end observation Car.

When I came back by Sat morning going to work some cars still there. When I came by there Sunday morning at 2 am after work, all the cars were gone.

Question: Can Tacoma Rail trackage handle locomotives as big as the Amtrak units safely????
