UP frequency Cheyenne-North Platte?

I'm planning on chasing 844 from Cheyenne to North Platte on Labor Day. What frequency does the UP use on this segment?

Also, while I've railfanned that line a time or two, any tips on where not to miss? Archer Hill, I know, but anywhere else?

And I presume that I won't be able to keep up with 844 on US 30. Is that accurate?
