Arden WA sawmill to close

I just saw in the Spokesman-Review that Stimson Lumber is planning to close their sawmill at Arden WA. Unfortunately, 67 people will be laid off. Will this affect the Kettle Falls International (KFR)? I was by there a few weeks ago and didn't see any cars spotted in there. Are they even shipping by rail right now?
