Inbound on the Island Ave. private ROW, SEPTA PCC #2799, still wearing its PRT green colors, will make a right turn onto Elmwood and contune towards City Center. This car was a 1947 product of St. Louis Car Co. and was sold by SEPTA in 1985 to the Baltimore streetcar museum and resold to a streetcar project in Lancaster, PA.

It is May of 1976
