It is a privately owned surplus DODX flat car on loan to Sierra Northern. I heard it sat for years in storage at the Davenport Cement Plant and last year was moved to the ProBuild Thompson Street yard. Since then it has been used periodically for MOW work. I believe they will eventually replace the wood deck surface, but in the meantime it will be interesting to see what growth the winter rains produce on the deck surface. I refer to it a the Chia Pet.
