BNSF Ballcap

I saw a BNSF ballcap on a gentleman today while shopping. The fellow may have been an employee of the railway or a railfan - I never got the chance to ask him.

Anyways, the ballcap was interesting as it had an odd logo on the front that I couldn't make out entirely. This fitted cap was standard BNSF beige and the Wedgie logo was placed on the backside of the hat. The front had what looked like a white outline of the front of a locomotive, and a black band across at about coupler-height with a white "CRT4" on the black band. It may have not said "CRT4", but it was similar letters and definetly a "4" at the end. I was wondering if anyone might know what I'm trying to describe, and might have details about it....

Thanks in advance...
