You can get there - I see too many pictures from there to doubt it. I believe that the Cajon Pass Group's web site will tell you how to get there (Google it - I'm being lazy).

Depending on your scruples, getting there legally (without trespassing on anyone's private property, including BNSF's and UP's) may be more difficult...
