It is actually Almanor Railroad #165 headed north - though it was never painted or lettered as such - Almanor bouht it from Lions CLub/POVA and ran the railroad with it the last couple years until they ave up in 2004(?). Loco was sold by Collins Pine as part of cleanup of former rail facilities and old planer building demolition at Chester (CA). See Collins Pine #166 thread below.

Snowplow-spreader is last piece of remaining rail equipment on old Almanor rail, and it is supposed to move next week. Might end up part of the Court Hammond-WURR thread?
