An incident observed involving an Amtrak Capitol train this Saturday night 9/1 at about 11:15 p.m.

An Amtrak Capitol Train has been observed just East of the Davis Amtrak Station at about 11;15 p.m. on Saturday night 9/1 and three (3) Davis Police cars are on the scene and a portion of the area has been cordoned off by the police as well.

This might be a significant incident? Does anyone know?
