Sat Fatality: Steve, anyone, more information . . .

All joking aside, this occured very close to my house. I have had very little luck finding any news reports on this. I would like to know who the victim was and what the circumstances where . . . I know many of the folk who cross the tracks in this area. I am confounded by the explanation. If one train struck the person, would they not have radiod the other train to stop? I understand the Capitol had just left the depot.

Any more details or references would be appreciated.
