Yes i can help ya out. They go by my parents house every day and i am currently modeling the line in HO scale. There times are as follows and they are fairly dead on.

Woods Train. Monday though Saturday. Depart LV @ 2 AM, Depart Green Mountain @ 8 AM

AM Garbage Train. Monday - Saturday. Depart LV @ 7 AM, Land Fill @ 9 AM

PM Garbage Train. Monday - Saturday. Depart LV @ 7 PM, Land Fill @ 9 PM

Those are the approx. times. They very a bit day to day. There is also a WTCX/CLC Yahoo e-group that can help out as well. If you have any more questions i will be happy to answer them.
