You sir, obviously, are not well versed in Watco. If you think that not having bottled water for the employees is all that is wrong with them, you are sorely uneducated. If you had any idea of what they expect you to do and not get paid for it, how many rules they expect you to break/ignore/bend just for the sake of the company, etc., etc., I believe you would agree that water is the least of the concerns there. It is, however, the icing on the cake. Having worked for four different railroads over the past 22-plus years, and from what nearly everyone else in the industry shares, Watco is far and away the bottom of the barrel.
