I was idly listening to the radio when I over heard the following on the rr scanner this afternoon...

DS11 informed the train via radio that:

"after you tie up at the station"...

the "entire train crew will meet with Terminal Control".

Terminal Control being the entity that controls the UPRR(C&WRR) at the old Northwestern station in Chicago.
