Thanks for whatever you did but there are some of us who have absolutely no clue about clearing caches and updating DNS servers etc. I spent FIVE hours on the phone yesterday with Apple,Microsoft, Dell, and back to Microsoft to figure out why I could not update my iPad software----turns out some antivirus program (not Microsoft firewall) prevented it but you have no idea what the tortures of the damned I went thru, including buying $80 worth of "Applecare" for 3 years and then $60 from Microsoft to solve the problems which, amazingly enough, they said they would not charge me after 3 hours of sturm and drang with a guy in India managing my mouse etc. etc. Thanks for whatever you did but if I have to jump thru hoops to access trainews., I ain't gonna do it.
