The train does not appear to be moving (look at the clip full screen over on YouTube) and no engineer would move it toward people on the track. Do you hear the horn blowing?

This was not a surprise demonstration. Why are you assuming the Port and the railroads would not be prepared and extremely careful. The woman is right. They are "humanitarian." And they are not stupid which if the train were moving they would be, as you suggest they are by saying the train appears to be moving. I'm not defending what the woman did. I'm just saying there was no chance a train would hit the demonstrators.
