Maybe I'm missing your point. Whatever benefits you did or did not receive at a trucking company has no relevance here. In the event that the Sierra Northern employees elect representation by either BLET or UTU (and I'm unaware of them planning on doing that), they would fall under either the Railroad Employees National Health & Welfare Agreement if they become BLET members, or UTU's own H&W agreement.
