Metrolink was on hand Sunday, awaiting final departure Duarte to immediately replace the bumper on the mainline at east bank of the San Gabriel River by MillerCoors Irwindale. All three local runs (yesterday was for Victorville-Barstow out of San Bernardino) were slated with All Volunteer crews. So ends 124 years of heavy rail west of mp119 (please paint Monrovia station before much longer) and goodbye beloved Santa Fe!
