Do you have details of a projected new rail line across Guatemala perhaps called the "Dry Canal"? The project is said to be underway with intent to relieve extreme pressure on the Panama Canal.. first using the existing ports on east but developing a new port on Pacific.. Also the line is to be on entirely new ROW... not utilizing now abandoned FEGUA ROW. THX for any input.. ff
