Milwaukee Road passenger cars in Tacoma

Two former Milwaukee Road passenger cars, with oval windows and a faded version of Hiawatha Orange & Brown. Spotted today in Tacoma, on the North - running Tacoma Rail spur along Alexander Ave. across East - West Rd. from Progress Rail. Cars are numbered COP 520 & COP 545. One car has a small side baggage door near one end. I actually first saw these cars 2 weeks ago; today was my 1st up - close view of them. Any ideas ???
