SP question for John Sweetser

I just obtained two original slides of an SP GS type with what appears to be an all Daylight consist. Written in pencil on the grey mounts is c.Jan 1957. Could this be the fantrip with 4443 that operated east through Niles Canyon to Fresno or thereabouts? I don't have the exact date, but believe that it happened in 1st Q, 1957. Slide was taken by Insley Brain.
