Not another case of "denial" by the HSR over another failed Peer Review? Not financially feasible, as currently designed? OMG-who could have imagined?

When you call Ms. Galgiani's office and tell them you support HSR, but oppose incompentence and mismanagement, they hang up on you.....

Can you say "denial"?
