I saw it at Portland on Monday, in Cascades service. It was dirty enough to pass for a working locomotive, not just a P.R. unit.

I've seen three of the four heritage units now, all except the Phase 2. Frankly I'd prefer any of them to the current "Shamu" paint scheme.
