Astoria "A-Line"

Does anybody know how far trains run out on the A-Line? Driving through Clatskanie, the rails looked a bit shiny. This last summer, I noticed they installed a new railroad bridge across a small creek between Woodson and Marshland Roads, adjacent to HWY 30, and finally, this last weekend I noticed an SP Bay Window Caboose sitting in Westport. How long it's been there, I don't know. I just noticed it. Any insight on this line would be appreciated.
