Camas Prairie, East Lewiston Biofuel depot & Twin City Foods.

Was at a meeting over the weekend and a friend told me that he was in East Lewiston last week and looked over the new biofuel facility put in by Coleman Oil in East Lewiston and he noted that the new rail spur that was announced in several newspaper stories about the building of the facility was not put in. He said that a large paved loop for trucks was put in, but that there appears to be no way to unload railcars of the stuff which was supposed to be the purpose of building the facility in the first place. Is the plant not finished yet, or did they get into a dispute with Watco and give up on rail?? Have there been any announcements about the future of the Twin City Foods plant? Will it eventually be torn down? I can remember when they were a significant rail shipper. Thanks folks.
