Thought maybe he was checking to see if he was still on the rail---hee, hee. Thanks for sharing. I know Eastern Washington "summer only" roads all too well. Total mud in the spring and like driving through a bag of flour in the summer (gotta get there an hour early to let the dust clear out of your shot). Watco often gave up running in the spring when EWG manages to get 110 car trains over the line, hats off to EWG. Is the WSDOT done making its "improvements" to the line? Any sort of schedule of operations?
