Allowing LA to unilaterally veto Tejon is a step forward?

Now San Jose has a similar right to exercise its veto over any move to Altamont. My prediction is BART Ring the Bay with the CHSRA bottled up at a San Jose terminus.

BART will have finally secured the SP ROW it has so long coveted, protected and enhanced the boondoggled SFO line, and eliminated any embarrassing comparison of its retrograde, proprietary eccentritech with a contemporary standard gauge ocs hsr trainset.

BART cannot even find the money to paint its new iteration of the its raw aluminum beer can car obsession.

Moonbeam is going to need some truly creative revenue enhancement to find the subsidy money for what I call CHSRA's Stilt-A-Rail.
