I remember this extremely well, they even sent me a copy of the cassette and I still have it, listened to it with a friend last night.
Now I need help here. There was a band, I think it was in the early 1970s that produced a rock song called, "Roll On, Southern Pacific." I first heard it in a Restaurant in a Juke Box when I was a little kid in the late 1970s. I only heard it once and was impressed by it, but haven't heard it since. A friend of mine said that the music group took their guitars and made a Dynamic Braking Sound in the song and he says it sounds very real. However, neither one of us can remember the name of the group that did it and when and where a copy of the song is, as I would love to hear it again, after almost over 30 years, this stuff has sparked my interest. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance. As the MOP in Portland would say after a long speach on Safety, "Thanks for listening!"
