Another SD40 Variation

While searching eBay for an Athearn SD40T-2, eBay suggested this type of SD40. The description says it is "retro":

This model only has two traction motors. Must be high adhesion, and can be equipped with multiple types of shoes. When passing hotbox detectors, or receiving a rolling inspection, there will only be two axles, unless these units are multiple unit consists. Inquiring minds would prefer to see three quarter roster shots, not just close ups of components.
