California Region Timetable 21

Anyone heard when the next California Region Timetable will go out that reflects all of the recent control point changes in the Laguna Niguel, Carlsbad, San Jose, Fullerton, and Santa Clara areas. Also, related to this question, any idea when tracks 13 and 14 will be in service in Los Angeles Union Station?

Anyone heard of when the Expo Line is opening. I eagerly await the conquest of nine new non-Amtrak miles.
