Branch off the draw?

I was curious about the branch line turning off to the left. Having grown up in Portland before the drawbridge was converted, I don't remember that branch line. I'm guessing that it connected to the rail line that runs between Albina Yard and Terminal 4. Looking at Google Earth, I don't see that it exists anymore. Can anyone enlighten me?
