Thanks Toot.
What started all of this tom foolery was when today, I tried to remember the names of all of the boats I had ridden on throughout the years. (I need a real job) I have written the names that I recall on a list and will now be able to verify the accuracy of my recollection with his roster besides having a new book to read. These were the double enders with two wheel houses (one at each end), a common shaft which ran the length of the hull, had a screw at each end and were auto ferries not exclussivly passenger boats. The skipper changed from one wheel house to the other therefore negating the need to turn the boat exiting each pier.
