From their December, 2011 minutes:

"Potential of shipments to Lafarge; working with them to establish work that has to be
completed on their private tracks before we can move anything into their facility."

It's been a few months since this was published, but hopefully they can see some freight traffic into Metaline Falls. Their minutes are available on their website, povarr.com, but are only updated through December of last year.
