UP's three E9's UP949 - UPB963 - UP951 and a 9 car passenger train departed Council Bluffs, IA, last night headed to Memphis, TN. Last reported by Bernie, MO (about 180 miles south of St. Louis on the former Cotton Belt) and figured into Memphis around 5:30 PM.
