After they fired Van Ark for being competent and responsible what did you expect? Richard is quoted as saying his engineers are looking for ways to save money elsewhere. How about $2bil at Tejon?

As far as I am concerned the more Richard and Brown operate on the CHSRA Frankenstein and the more grotesque the result the better. They elected the bloviaterand now they are getting what they deserve - a good fleecing with tax increases all around to pay for the permanent "life support" of the hsr which will always run an operating deficit due to defective planning.

Relocate Guantanamo and San Quentin to Palmdale.
