You have to watch - Brazil has both meter and broad (63") gauges and ALL has both. I did find a roster showing these as meter gauge which seems to be confirmed by the low coupler height. Brazil has converted various used 2nd generation EMD and GE units from the US to broad gauge, B+B-B+B meter gauge and C-C narrow gauge. These should now have either GE761 traction motors or the Yongji equivelant.
