I also suppose it will stop/wait at Covina to let westbound Metrolink #357 go by.

When 3751 leaves LAUPT at 10:00am, it should get to Covina by 10:45 and will wait there, cause after that there is single track until Claremont (?). Westbound Metrolink #357 leaves Pomona at 10:39am, arrives Covina at 10:49am, so 3751 will be stopped at Covina until #357 passes.
