Thank you so much for your kind words. Believe it or not, you guys got yours before I got mine! I still can't wait to hold one in my hand.

One HUGE favor to ask you both... if you have a moment, woould you leave an Amazon review? You don't need to have bought the book from them, just need a Amazon sign in.

I am told that I need something like twenty four or five star reviews to get Amazon to push the book.
