Thanks to several posters' useful insight, I was able to write a very successful paper...if you recall, I started the "Quiet Zones: Political / Constitutional Issues" a while back, and got some very insightful replies on the matter that helped me revise my thesis--and therefore have a more coherent essay--on the matter.
