Mount Rainier Scenic Railroad new Passenger Cars

There have been passenger cars parked on Tacoma Rail line at Hwy 509 and Alexander in Tacoma for a least couple months.

One has a large air conditioner unit on it.

About 2 or 3 weeks ago, one of the cars was gone.

Friday, I see one in the Progress Rail Services Yard (old CEECO) behind some other cars, repainted with "Mount Rainier Scenic Railroad" on the car. Looks like the old Milwaukee colors.

The car still parked in Tacoma Rail I think has a marking of COP on it (stenciled).

Was wondering the history of the cars and if MRSR is going to refurbish the interiors or are they already done? Are these two cars replacing others?
