A lone ARMN refrigerator car has been sitting at Brighton (seen from Sacramento light rail bridge under the freeway and over the railroad) for nearly a year. Haven't seen any activity around it (on rush hour LR trips), but if there is supposed to be machinery in a space near one end at the top it isn't there any more (roof section removed and space empty). Amazingly not too badly graffitied - though that area is well-populated by homeless who might scare off the garden-variety punks and it's a bit away from roads. Same area where the spreader work was done a couple of years ago, though that was down on the flats and this car is up near the main line.
