Cajon construction - affecting photo angles?

I am planning on visiting Cajon Pass in a couple of weeks. Has the construction of the new BNSF main reached the Sullivan's Curve / Mormon Rocks area yet? If so, how has it impacted access to photo perspectives of this area?

I'd hate to spend the time driving down there only to get a bunch of shots of earth-moving equipment, or worse yet, discover that the area is off limits.
